Украинците се источнословенски народ претежно населени во Украина (кадешто чинат 77,8% од населението). Големи украински заедници има во Русија, Белорусија, Казахстан, САД и Канада.
Украинците зборуваат на украински јазик, којшто припаѓа на источнословенската група на јазици и се во мнозинство православни христијани.
Во минатото, во царска Русија Украинците биле нарекувани Малоруси.
