Музички и лирски метар

Метрика или музички метар претставува тек на нагласени и ненагласени тонови. Метриката на музиката може да биде дводелна, троделна, четириделна, петделна, шестделна, седумделна, осумделна, деветделна, десетделна, единаесетделна и дванаесетделна. Најмалиот дел од музичка композиција е такт.

Нагласениот музички дел се нарекува „теза“ и е обележан со линија, а ненагласениот дел се вика „арза“ и е обележан со лак. Тие се одделени едни од други со вертикални линии, тактики. Видот на тактот е означен на почетокот на композицијата после виолинскот клуч. Горниот број го означува бројот на тактовите, а долниот ја означува основната единица за броење[1].
